Two days of outage
Recently I had an unpleasant experience when I found my small blog unavailable whilst a day before it was up and running at full speed. Thankfully, the support team that stands behind my VPS box recovered the system from their backup quite rapidly putting it back on stage. The data were intact so there was […]
Khor Virap – Noravank – Tatev
That was one on those rare days filled to the brims both with the breathtaking views and the spectacular historical places. We covered 500 km. and it took us a whole day to get to Tatev from Yerevan. Here are just a few photos I’d like to share. Now I’ve got a clear understanding of […]
Armenia. Garni – Gehdard
Today, as a worm up for tomorrows journey to Tatev, we had a quick trip to Garni. It’s such a beautiful place and I have a few photos to give you a taste of what it’s like:
Yerevan. Armenia.

Game over
As expected I’ve miserably failed in the second round and had to rush home from disturbing and drizzling railway station’s environment. My only hope is to receive the list of all questions since the ones I’ve seen looked very interesting and I’d love to answer them just for myself.
Challenge goes on…
Yes! I did it and have made my way into the second round of Linux competition presented and organized by Yandex. Unfortunately, due to an upcoming trip to Nizhniy Novgorod I have serious doubts I would be able to participate since my train will bring me back to Moscow five minutes after of the start […]
What a day!
Today was one of those strange days when everything is changing so quickly that it’s simply impossible to grasp a single moment of your life. Sometime I wish I had a pause button somewhere to fix that. Oddities. During the day I was using a subway quite extensively and every time I entered a car […]
